The Board of bdht consists of 5 tenant members, 5 independents, 2 Bromsgrove District Council nominees and the Chairman of the Service Improvement Group (Tenant Scrutiny) who is a co-opted member.
The main Board has also delegated responsibility for new property development within the Trust to a subsidiary company, Bromsgrove Housing Initiatives Ltd (bhi).
