bromsgrove housing initiatives
bhi is the development arm of bdht. It's role is to build new affordable homes across the district.
bhi is part of the Spectrum Partnership led by West Mercia Homes. This enables us to access grants from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). In order to fund new schemes, bhi is also able to access private finance via bdht.
bdht’s current key objective for development through bhi is to produce 341 new homes by 31st March 2012.
We continue to look for new development opportunities through either purchasing possible development land or section 106 agreements.
