community based panel
These are any formally constituted groups based in the community who consider local issues and develop projects and initiatives to improve communities. Each group developed by bdht will have a communities first officer to support them and a small budget to put towards community initiatives or projects. Any resident can become members of these groups and two people are elected from these groups to sit on the resident’s forum.
