mystery shoppers

These are a group of residents who help test our services in line with our written service standards.  Working with our continuous involvement team, questions or enquiries are developed for the mystery shopper to phone, email, write to or visit bdht to make sure we do what we say we will do.  Shoppers are paid to cover phone calls, postage and £10.
