Your Rent
It’s really important you try to pay your rent, with our support. We’re working closely with the benefits agencies to speed things up, and we have people who can help. Please talk to us if you’re struggling, or your financial circumstances are changing.
Your Safety
We’re continuing with all the essential checks we do on your home, to keep you and your household safe. This includes gas boiler inspections, and electrical tests. We have developed procedures to keep you and our staff safe. Please help us by ensuring we can access your home, but call us if you’re worried about anything.

Your New Home
We have paused the lettings of homes in all but the most urgent cases for a while, and most of you didn’t want to move anyway. We’re slowly increasing the amount of lettings we can do now, and have processes to reduce unnecessary contact. If you’re waiting to move, please call us and have a chat.
Your Emergencies
If you need us, we’re here. Our offices are open, and we’re here to answer your calls. We’re here in the event of you being made homeless, or face the risk of it. We will carry out emergency repairs where needed. We will continue to post updated information on our website and Facebook acccount.

Your bdht
We’ve adapted to the crisis, and we’re not going anywhere. None of our staff have been furloughed, and we have adapted to new ways of working. All of the services we usually offer are still available, apart from routine repairs and planned works. We’re already looking at safe ways we can reintroduce them.
