Important Update: Repairs Service
These continue to be challenging times for all of us, but we are committed to delivering a comprehensive repairs service which is safe for you as well as our staff and contractors.
This service is currently being affected by a number of factors, such as jobs taking longer than normal as a result of our staff following the latest Government Covid-19 safety guidance. Other factors include unplanned cancellation of jobs (due to our staff or contractors needing to self-isolate), increased volume of requests and on some occasions, delays in sourcing parts and materials.
We are doing our best to minimise the impact on our customers but as we enter winter it is inevitable that some jobs may be cancelled at short notice or pushed back so we can continue to prioritise essential and emergency cases.
We appreciate that this is not our normal service offer however, these are not normal times so we do hope you will understand and bear with us.

If you have an upcoming repair and have recently self-isolated, please let us know as soon as possible. It is important that we continue to carry out all health and safety checks to your property such as gas and electricity, so please ensure these appointments are not missed.
