As a bdht customer you are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of any gardens allocated with your home. This includes hedges, trees and fences (unless a fence is a boundary fence between you and a common area).
We all would like to live in an area we can be proud of, so you must keep your gardens neat and tidy and not store rubbish, furniture, vehicles or any dangerous items in them. You must not do anything in your garden which would cause a nuisance to your neighbours.
