We are committed to ensuring that communal land and parking bays owned by us are maintained in a safe and suitable way.
We will work proactively with Bromsgrove Council and West Mercia Police to ensure misuse of land and unlawful vehicles are dealt with quickly and effectively. You must only park on bdht land if your car is taxed, insured and road worthy. We do not allow the parking of caravans or large lorries on our land.
