We know that your home is important to you, but we also know that feeling part of a community is about more than just your home.
That’s why we spend time involving ourselves in your neighbourhoods. We work with partners like the police and the council, to help to improve the communities you live in.
We hold regular community group meetings where we develop neighbourhood plans, based on what you tell us you want. This might be a skip day for you to get rid of those extra big items you couldn’t take to the tip, or a swap shop.
We take extra care when looking after the grass and the environment where you live. You said you wanted us to collect the grass, so we do and all the grass cuttings are recycled. You said you were unhappy with fly tipping and rubbish, so we employ two men in a van to go round the district collecting fly tipping and clearing up litter.
Anti Social Behaviour is a worry for you. We work to make it easy for you to report and we work hard to prevent issues getting out of hand. We promise you we will work quickly and proactively to reduce the impact poor behaviour can have.
