repairs by appointment
When you report a repair, we will give you an appointment. Please call the Customer First Team Free on 0800 0850 160.
Our appointment times are 8:00am to 1:00pm or 12:00pm to 4:00pm. We will send you a letter to confirm the date and time of your appointment.
Please let us know if you have problems in arranging access, we will make alternative arrangements with you which may include late or weekend working.
It is your responsibility to give access for the repair to take place, on the date and time of your appointment, once it has been agreed.
If you need to change your appointment, please call the Customer First Team on the free phone number 0800 0850 160. If you do not contact us and you miss your appointment you will be charged £15.00.
We will call you if the Community Repairs Team is unable to keep your appointment. If we miss an appointment we will pay you £15.00.
