
your responsibilities as a bdht customer
As a customer of bdht you are expected to take care of your home. Please do not cause deliberate damage. You are responsible for carrying out some repairs. These include:
- Anything that belongs to you
- Decorating the inside of your home
- Fitting curtains and shower rails
- Repairs to improvements you have made
- Damage, unless as a result of crime (A crime reference number is required)
- Replacing toilet seats
- Changing light bulbs
- Replacing lost keys or changing locks, if you lost the keys.
- Blocked drains and toilets, if blocked by you
