If you feel your home is no longer suitable then you may be eligible for a transfer. If you want to transfer to another bdht property there are a number of options available to you. These are explained below.
If you are currently an assured customer with bdht, you can apply to join the Home Choice Plus register and register as a transfer applicant. You can do this through the Home Choice Plus web site or contact us as we can send you an application form.
As we have a limited number of properties available, we use a banding system operated through the Choice based letting system that gives priority to those who have the greatest need to move.
The amount of time you have to wait will depend upon:
- How urgently you need to move
- How soon a suitable property becomes available in the area you want to move to.
