the right to buy or acquire
The Right to Buy or Acquire is a government scheme that allows some customers to purchase their property, usually at a discounted price. The procedure for applications and the price set by the government. Some tenants of bdht will have a legal right to apply to purchase their property through this scheme.
If you became a tenant of bdht on or after the 29th March 2004, you will not be eligible to the Right to Buy. You may be eligible for the Right to Acquire, but the discount would be less.
