A Decent Home is one that is wind and weather tight, warm and has modern facilities. This might be the Government definition, but we believe it too. That’s why we’ve spent over £45m on your homes since we were created in 2004, and it’s why we’re continuing to spend more.
We’ve concentrated on new kitchens, bathrooms, doors and windows. We’re also adding new insulation and replacing roofs. In Charford, we’ve added new thermal cladding to over 90 properties.
We will continue to make sure your homes meet, and exceed, your expectations. Over 98% of them currently do and we’re working hard to make sure the others do fast!
