Planned works is where we replace individual elements to your home when required such as kitchen, bathrooms, doors, windows, roofs, etc.  We will notify you in advance in writing and send you a booklet outlining our planned works programme. Find out by calling us on Freephone 0800 0850 160.

We also carry out cyclical works and maintenance to our properties and these are outlined below:

  • Annual service of gas and hot water systems and appliances include the provision of landlord’s certificates
  • Annual servicing of solid fuel heating systems
  • Safety checks of electrical systems every 10 years
  • Safety checks of fire equipment
  • Annual lift servicing and maintenance
  • Annual servicing of communal plant and equipment
  • Water treatment and testing
