As a bdht customer, your property is important to us. We have a dedicated team that continually looks at the ways we can improve your property and make it more suitable for you to live in. If you have specific needs, due to a disability, we have an occupational therapist who can assess your situation and make any adaptations to your home if needed.
We also make major changes to areas such as Upper Austin Road, where properties were losing warmth and suffering due to their age. The area has been regenerated to bring the properties up to date and more energy efficient.
