paying your rent

At bdht we want to make paying your rent as easy as possible. Methods of payment available are set out below:

Direct Debit – The easiest and most convenient way is Direct Debit. Payments can be taken on the 15th or 1st of the month. We work out the amount you need to pay and ask your permission to take this from your account. Download and complete the form below to request your £10.00 voucher for changing to Direct Debit, see below.

Standing Order - You authorise your bank to pay us a Standing Order. Direct from your bank, but the amounts and periods are decided by you.

Allpay Payment Card - Making payments by Allpay card at Post Offices and stores displaying Paypoint or Payzone signs. You will need to ask us for a payment card.

Internet - Using your Allpay card you can follow the link from bdht’s website to allow you to make payments via the Allpay website 24/7.

Post - Cheques made payable to bdht can be posted free to us, just write Freepost bdht on the envelope.

Phone - You can call us free on 0800 0850 160 during office hours, or Allpay 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on 0844 557 8321.

Reception - Cheques can also be placed in a ‘speed box’ in reception at bdht.

Housing Benefit – Housing Benefit must be applied for from the local council and can be paid to you or paid directly to the Trust.
