The majority of the money we receive is from the rent you pay. Although we get some money from leaseholders and renting garages, over 90% of bdht’s income is from your rent. And we are still the most affordable landlord in Bromsgrove.
In order for us to carry on providing the services to you and your communities, it is important that rent is paid. This section explains what your rent is made up of and how to pay.

Tenancy account balances need to be clear at the end of each month, the month end is shown on the tenancy payment calendar.
Only accounts with clear tenancy account balances or keeping to an agreement with no tenancy breaches and a current Gas safety certificate will be entitled for the prize draws.
At the end of December and March annually there are prize draws consisting of Two Winners in each Draw, one of a £350 prize and one of a £150 prize.
There are also quarterly draws at the end of June, September, December and March with TEN winners in each quarter receiving a £25 voucher each.
