lifeline
Lifeline is our emergency alarm service and is available to any bdht resident who needs some peace of mind and security.
The alarm is connected to your residential telephone line, but there is no charge for making an alarm call as it uses a freephone number.
Bromsgrove District Council’s Control Centre answer the alarm calls and get the most appropriate help. This could be the fire brigade, the police an ambulance, the doctor or family and friends. It depends upon what help is needed.
We want you to feel comfortable using the alarm and happy that it is working. It is important to make regular test calls to check it is okay and make sure you know what will happen when you use it.
