paying support charge

The support service is charged at an hourly rate for the number of hours support received every week. The Lifeline alarm service is payable at a standard weekly rate for the number of weeks that the Lifeline alarm is connected.

People who are in receipt of Housing Benefit or Pension Credit will have their support paid for by the Supporting People grant that we get from Worcestershire County Council.

Support charges are payable 52 weeks a year and a week runs from Monday to Sunday.  Accounts are charged at the start of each month.  Any extra support hours are charged in the month following the receipt of the extra hours.
