Hello, my name is Amanda Banks. I am the new Resident Engagement Officer for bdht.
My position is a new and exciting opportunity for bdht, which started on the 14th February 22.
Bdht want our customers to be the driving force behind how we deliver our services at a community and neighbourhood level. We can only achieve this by engaging with and listening to our customers.
We already have different levels of participation that our customers can get involved in. Simply filling in a satisfaction survey, giving us a compliment or making a complaint are levels of involvement without you even realizing it. Any feedback we receive; good or bad is valuable to our business. It helps us to understand how we are doing, and improves our service standards to you and other customers living in our communities.
As Resident Engagement Officer, It’s my job, and primary goal to ensure that your opinion matters, so that you feel empowered to have your say and get involved.
Over the coming months, as my role evolves, I will have a more visible presence within your communities and create further opportunities for you to get involved. If you see me out and about, please feel free to come and have a chat, as I would love to meet you.
You can also get involved by becoming a cleaning or grounds maintenance inspector, a mystery shopper, a resident security panel member (subject to vacancies), or by participating in a focus group, or simply accompanying us an estate walk.
In the meantime, if you want to talk to me or know more about how you can get involved, then please do not hesitate to contact me on 01527 557529 or send an e-mail to Resident_Involvement@bdht.co.uk
