If you’re looking for somewhere fun to entertain the family this summer holiday, then why not come along to bdht’s family fun days on 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th August.

The events, hosted by bdht each summer, provide the opportunity for people to come together in their local community and enjoy an afternoon of bouncy castles, face painting, pony rides, games, crafts and tombola stall as well as information stands and demonstrations from local service providers.

Ashlea Green, Driving Futures Manager at bdht, said: “This year, for the first time, we’re putting on four separate fun days across the district so we can involve more people than ever before. We hope people come along with family and friends to enjoy the free inflatables, as well as face painting, toy stalls and other activities. There’s always a fantastic atmosphere, lots of fun and laughter and memories to be made.”

Any money raised will be split equally and donated to bdht’s five chosen charities, which for 2019 are MIND, PDSA, Primrose Hospice, Children with Cancer and Women’s Aid.

bdht’s Family Fun Days will run from 12 – 3.30pm at:

King George’s Playing Fields, Sidemoor, Bromsgrove on Thursday 8th August

Shawfield, Wythall, B47 5HP on Thursday 15th August

Burcot Lane, Bromsgrove on Thursday 22nd August

Lyttleton Avenue Playing Fields, Charford, Bromsgrove on Thursday 29th August

Ashlea continued: “We would like to thank Councillor Chris Bloor for his continued support with our fun days. His generous donations allow us to provide the inflatables for free and ensure as much money as possible goes to our chosen charities.”
